Job Summary

Manage workforce planning and staffing alignment for the 777 Final Assembly team in Everett, Washington. Coordinate staffing execution against forecasted demand, lead recurring staffing reviews with first-line leaders, maintain staffing data and weekly reports, and support level-load planning and employee movement. Partner with Workforce and Industrial Engineering to improve staffing visibility, support SOJT readiness and new-hire completion, and lead Lean initiatives to drive process improvements and operational performance.

•Maintain staffing data and staffing room information, and create weekly staffing reports
•Drive Lean and process improvements to support BPS, standardization, and staffing efficiency
