Job Summary

Develop requirements and algorithms and support full-lifecycle systems engineering for LTAMDS and GhostEye radars. Build and maintain SysML MBSE descriptive models, link/sync requirements, and generate design documentation. Partner with electrical and software engineering to guide subsystem development and ensure compliance. Engage frequently with customers and stakeholders, lead/participate in technical peer reviews, and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and system interfaces.
•Create and maintain detailed SysML descriptive system models, linking/synchronizing requirements and producing design documentation/views.
•Coordinate with cross-functional electrical and software teams to guide subsystem development and ensure compliance with requirements.
•Interface frequently with customers and program stakeholders.
•Conduct and/or support technical peer reviews, provide feedback, and document/communicate technical guidance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.

•Experience with DOORs, MBSE, and Cameo / MagicDraw.
