Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the core project team and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents, and oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • •Interact directly with the client’s project executive and stakeholders to manage scope, resources, cost estimates and budget, schedule milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources with the client’s procurement team, conduct RFx processes, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements and ensure data integrity and timely coordination.
  • •Lead all aspects of the project to meet organisational benchmarks, supervise or support team members, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership
  • •Demonstrated experience in leading projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, including planning, execution, and compliance
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, commissioning, startup, and operational phases
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate efforts across different departments, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
