Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile cash, check, and credit card transactions daily and monthly; investigate and resolve variances.
  • •Prepare daily deposit and related back-office journal entries for cash receipts and disbursements.
  • •Prepare and record month-end journal entries and perform month-end audits related to transponders and cash on hand.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and weekly/monthly invoices to other interoperability agencies.
  • •Cross-train and back up Finance and Accounting staff; perform internal audits as needed and maintain voucher files and controlled asset log.
