Model and track greyspace capacity across multiple data center sites, translating electrical/mechanical/support space budgets into usable capacity headroom. Build and maintain source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to determine fit as builds evolve. Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for square footage, and present constraints with options to keep deployments moving safely within real limits.
