Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform weekend-shift (Friday–Sunday) manufacturing operations, working 36 hours and paid for 40.
  • •Set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes or VTCs to run routine production operations.
  • •Use operation sheets/part travelers/BOROPS and instructions to prepare equipment for machining (grinding, turning, facing, boring, chamfering).
  • •Verify finished work conformance using precision measuring instruments and accept/reject parts based on certification.
  • •Maintain machines via required total preventive maintenance (TPM) and collaborate to resolve machining problems and assist process development.
