Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quantity surveying and cost management services on major NSW and Australian infrastructure projects.
  • •Support cost planning and estimating during the design phase, including measurement of quantities from design drawings.
  • •Assist with cash flow forecasting and construction-phase cost management.
  • •Deliver capital cost advice and life-cycle costing.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members.

Key Requirements

  • •Exposure as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (ideally in a consulting environment) with knowledge of Australian standards across sectors such as Health, Community, Commercial, and Major Projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience in cost planning, estimating, procurement, and construction-phase cost management.
  • •Proven skills managing project costs, budgets, and commercial outcomes in client-facing settings.
  • •Relevant tertiary education alongside AIQS, RICS, or a recognised equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of the full MS Suite and medium to high-level knowledge of CostX.
