Commercial Underwriter Senior (Equipment Finance)

Underwrite equipment finance and other commercial lending deals end-to-end, ensuring timely decisions that balance credit risk and return. Apply credit policies and underwriting standards, analyze deal packages, financial statements, cash flows, and collateral, and coordinate due diligence and documentation. Partner with business development teams before proposals and through closing, negotiate terms with client and counsel, and prepare credit approval narratives. Mentor and train analysts and less experienced team members.
