Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments and Environmental Statements, and supporting documents (including technical review of specialist chapters).
  • •Support involvement across the full project lifecycle from early strategy and site identification through feasibility, design, discharge of conditions, construction, and operation/maintenance.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards with a critical eye for detail.
  • •Collaborate in integrated design teams to identify environmental constraints, avoidance/mitigation solutions, and opportunities to deliver benefits.
  • •Engage with clients and internal supply teams, and support business development and associated fee and technical proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in a relevant environmental discipline (preferably a Masters degree) and an appropriate professional membership.
  • •EIA consultancy experience, including coordinating environmental report preparation and reviewing specialist chapters.
  • •A developing understanding of relevant consenting regimes.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively as part of an established team and coordinate inputs from specialist technical teams.
  • •Developing project management skills, including programming and budget management.
