Sr Invoicing Analyst

Own the end-to-end invoicing process for customer billing by interpreting sales contracts, validating orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering invoices on time. Process credit memos, support accounting close and revenue reporting (including reconciliation and sales tax), and resolve invoicing inquiries. Serve as the NetSuite/Salesforce Billing subject-matter expert, partner with upstream teams to fix root causes, and help with audits and ad-hoc projects.
