Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop automation for environment cloning, synchronization, and refresh activities.
  • •Establish standardized, auditable deployment processes with documentation and team training, and support emergency/off-hours deployments and tool operations.
  • •Lead release automation and code migration from development through production for both applications and infrastructure.
  • •Contribute to a DevSecOps roadmap by embedding security scanning and compliance checks into pipelines with traceability and auditability.
  • •Administer and optimize FlexDeploy and GitLab to design pipelines, orchestrate releases, standardize repositories/branching, and expand automation coverage to reduce manual steps; define KPIs and report pipeline health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in large-scale application environments.
  • •5+ years of hands-on DevOps, Release Engineering, or DevSecOps experience, including release automation (FlexDeploy or comparable), CI/CD, and version control.
  • •Proven experience with GitLab branching/merging strategy and CI/CD automation triggers, plus CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • •Experience with configuration management/automation (Ansible or comparable) and cloud integration (Oracle Cloud Integration or comparable).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; participation in after-hours/weekend on-call support for deployment and tool support.
