Key Responsibilities

  • •Review procurement requirements with relevant departments and prepare RFPs, RFQs, Invitations to Bid, and tender documents.
  • •Manage full procurement cycle by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • •Prepare and process purchase requisitions, bid documents, and purchase orders in line with procurement timelines and internal controls.
  • •Evaluate supplier performance using defined metrics and manage contract lifecycle performance (amendments, renewals, extensions).
  • •Maintain complete procurement records and produce procurement dashboards/reports with KPI tracking and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (3+ years).
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Procurement (5–7 years).
  • •Experience managing procurement requirements, sourcing channels, and tender documentation.
  • •Knowledge of vendor management, due diligence, and procurement policy compliance.
