Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee tracking of issues with KRI limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks remain within agreed thresholds and escalate concerns when metrics deteriorate.
  • •Manage support for development of operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision-making in the business unit.
  • •Manage risk and controls governance forums, interfacing with enterprise governance processes and committees and sharing insights across forums.
  • •Support development and execution of governance program reporting, including reporting inventories and reporting requirements.
  • •Facilitate adoption of the risk governance framework across business units through regular communication, escalation protocols, and aggregated approvals/exceptions and change-the-function activities.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in operational risk management within Risk and/or Internal Audit functions, including operational risk lifecycle activities and risk taxonomies.
  • •Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience with process governance aligned to policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
  • •Familiarity translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines and/or governing KRI limits and risk appetite to keep risks within thresholds.
