Job Summary

Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic, pneumatic/hydraulic, analyzer, measurement, and control/automation systems. Key Responsibilities

•Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain electrical/electronic, pneumatic/hydraulic, and control/automation equipment and analyzers.
•Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
•Maintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution including high voltage.
•Perform and/or observe measurement equipment witness tests and install/maintain security/intrusion systems.
•Maintain reports/records (maintenance/repair records, safety/environmental reports, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, loop sheets, meter tube/orifice plate ratios) and support DOT-covered pipeline operations/emergency response as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience using tools and equipment applicable to the role, including manual/power tools, electronic testing devices, and control devices.
•Experience/training with gas processing fundamentals, computers/software, governmental rules/regulations and electrical codes, safe handling practices for flammable gases/liquids and high-pressure systems, and Reliability Based Programs.
•Experience reading and interpreting repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts/diagrams, dials/gauges, and equipment manuals.
•Experience preparing/processing/verifying maintenance and repair records, safety/environmental reports, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and material/supply orders.
•Knowledge of reciprocating or gas turbine engines, compressors, and relevant electronic/processing equipment, with instrumentation, electronics, tools, and control systems.
