Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engaging customer experiences and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment through daily client relationship building.
  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Provide effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising placement, replenishment excellence, and front/back-of-house procedures.
