Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day project execution, production scheduling, workload coordination, and delivery activities.
  • •Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and customer stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate requirements, priorities, schedules, technical issues, and deliverable status with Government representatives.
  • •Perform hands-on quality assurance and technical review of curriculum, multimedia, and software products prior to Government delivery.
  • •Develop and maintain interactive training solutions and support LMS integration of SCORM-compliant training products, including contributions to direct technical production and development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,522 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Secret clearance required.
  • •Hands-on experience with HTML5, XML, and JavaScript for web-based interactive training products.
  • •Experience performing quality assurance and technical reviews of complex deliverables.
