Key Responsibilities

  • •Review trial balances, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • •Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and internal controls, including audit readiness and resolution of control/compliance issues.
  • •Identify automation opportunities; develop dashboards and management reporting tools leveraging data analytics and AI, and initiate finance improvement and transformation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting, or Audit.
  • •Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial systems knowledge.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles, governance frameworks, and real estate operations.
