Job Summary

Provide financial leadership for the Qatar Early Warning Radar (QEWR) program within the SSPS Product Area team. Execute earned value management cost and schedule control processes, brief senior leaders on program execution, and analyze key metrics including EACs, investments, and manpower planning. Maintain program baselines, ensure accurate cost charging, and drive efficiencies in FP&A reporting using modern digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
•Serve as a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial execution with internal and external stakeholders.
•Analyze financial data for program decision-making, including EV metrics, EACs, program investments, and manpower planning.
•Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accurate and timely program cost charging aligned to directives and policies.
•Monitor and update forecasts and drive monthly Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) reporting using up-to-date digital tools.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Office.
•U.S. citizenship is required for this program/contract.
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate At Complete (EAC) processes.
•Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting systems and related reports.
