Benefit Funding Manager

Lead end-to-end financial operations for client-funded benefit programs, owning benefit funding movement, client invoicing, and complex account reconciliation. Monitor payments against timeliness standards, manage floated benefit funding and recoupment, and run cross-functional root-cause analyses to eliminate billing errors and improve cash flow. Partner with Finance and Client Success on close deliverables and dispute resolution, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to automate financial controls and workflows for scalable payment integrity.
