Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end movement of benefit funds through payments infrastructure, ensuring transaction accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • •Own client invoicing and timely reconciliation of complex claims bank account transactions and balances.
  • •Monitor clinic and provider payments against contracted timeliness standards and partner to resolve root causes of delays/SLA gaps.
  • •Manage floated benefit funding, track outstanding float balances, drive recoupment, and escalate aging exposure to Finance.
  • •Partner with Finance on month-end close deliverables and collaborate with Product/Engineering to build automated financial controls and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations, with experience in benefit funding, claims banking, or healthcare payment operations strongly preferred.
