Support account operations for assigned customers in a specific market, ensuring reliable and competitive customer service. Handle customer communications via email, tickets, and phone, providing order/product information and preparing order-related analyses. Coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Order Fulfilment on returns, complaints, deliveries, cancellations, and promotions, including credit-blocked orders and credit limit requests. Manage the order book, monitor receipts and delivery issues, and escalate delays or irregularities while supporting process improvements and coverage.
