Job Summary

Own the financial dimension of M&A activity end-to-end, from financial due diligence and quality of earnings to valuation outputs and SPA negotiation support. Drive post-merger integration for Finance, including finance PMI workstreams and day-1 controls, while strengthening financial reporting processes across international entities. Partner closely with the CFO, Finance & Strategy team, and stakeholders to accelerate country entry and improve product offering.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the financial due diligence workstream end-to-end, analyzing historical financials, quality of earnings, balance sheet, cash flows, and working capital.
•Translate due diligence into valuation outputs (DCF, transaction multiples, earn-out structures) and support SPA financial representations and warranties.
•Drive post-merger integration for Finance, plugging acquired entities into reporting, cash management, and compliance infrastructure.
•Define the target operating model within the Alan group and ensure financial controls are in place from Day 1.
•Improve and own parts of Alan’s financial reporting processes, particularly across international entities.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Manager in Transaction Services at a top-tier firm (e.g., Eight Advisory, Alvarez and Marsal, or Accuracy), ideally with Audit or M&A experience.
•Fluency in French and English.
•Proven track record owning financial due diligence end-to-end (not just contributing).
•Deep transaction-context financial analysis skills (quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, working capital, net debt/cash bridges) and ability to build and stress-test financial models.
•Strong project ownership and coordination across legal, tax, commercial, and operational streams under time pressure.
