Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine vehicle condition through inspections and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and component upgrades, controlling corrosion and completing winterization procedures.
  • •Correct vehicle deficiencies by repairing, adjusting, overhauling, and replacing major assemblies and subsystems across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Verify vehicle performance through test drives and adjust controls and systems.
  • •Maintain records, manage shop supplies and inventory, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support cost control through warranty and parts evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintains diesel and gasoline powered trucks and equipment through inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Must have own tools.
  • •CDL required or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • •Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
