Job Summary

Set up, tear down, and operate the Peeler and supporting equipment in the skinless pack process. Move and transport racked product, empty smokehouse chills when product is ready, perform weight and process checks, and complete required HACCP FIT checks. Maintain equipment and KSI screens, record and report product information (including SAP functions), follow GMP/SQF and safety requirements, and rotate through related roles as assigned on 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and tear down the Peeler and other support equipment and perform job rotation as needed.
•Move racked product to the rack wash area and transport large quantities of product from the holding cooler to the peeler room.
•Empty smokehouse chills when product is ready and perform necessary weight and process checks.
•Take salimeter readings, adjust if necessary, and check/clean KSI screens.
•Complete required paperwork and SAP functions, maintain housekeeping, and comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.

•3 months of work history with the same employer.
