Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and caregivers, log patient information digitally, and maintain accurate admission and registration records.
  • •Verify patient eligibility, insurance coverage, and required pre-authorizations; ensure demographic and insurance information is complete and accurate.
  • •Collect patient details, medical history, billing and insurance information, prepare and finalize check-in documentation, and guide patients to services.
  • •Support RCM pre-authorization follow-ups, facilitate communication with clinicians regarding patient status, and handle payments and billing information.
  • •Facilitate upcoming visits by scheduling follow-ups/referrals/services and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports and analysis as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Patient Access experience and customer care/patient relations experience (preferred) in a hospital setting.
  • •Experience with electronic health records and patient scheduling/registration processes.
  • •Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, and hospital registration, with eligibility and pre-authorization verification skills.
  • •2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a hospital setting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
