Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Give shuttle rides and perform valet pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • •Determine whether customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Move, park, and drive vehicles as needed to maintain flow of traffic and support service operations.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of the lot, driveways, and sidewalks, assist with loaner vehicles, and follow safety policies while reporting accidents to a manager or supervisor.
