Job Summary

Lead financial planning and partnering across Agoda's Bangkok-based finance team, translating complex data and strategic initiatives into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Own parts of the company forecast, develop business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional partners inside and outside Finance, including Booking Holdings, to drive strategy and create value for the group. Relocation is provided and you’ll work within a diverse, international team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and narratives translating complex data and strategic initiatives into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making
•Own parts of the company’s forecasts and contribute to the team’s analyses and reporting packs
•Collaborate with senior business partners across departments inside and outside of Finance on impactful projects
•Partner with Booking Holdings and other brands to drive strategy and build value across the group
•Assist in development of business cases related to Agoda’s strategic priorities and ensure information is available for effective decision-making

Key Requirements

•8+ years of total experience in an analytically focused role with strong commercial creativity and solid financial skills
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business-related or quantitative subject
•Intellectually strong and curious with good strategic thinking, commercial acumen and judgement
•Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
•Excellent analytical/numerical skills with strong attention to detail
