Technical Consultant - Mexico

Provide technical consultation and configuration support for implementations of products for new and existing customers. Determine technical requirements for authentication and SIS integrations, assess customer needs, and propose solutions. Pilot and test middleware that transfers data between customer data sources and Canvas, while maintaining solution ownership from planning through delivery. Ensure accurate documentation and clear, concise communication, and build custom tools to improve workflow and productivity.
