Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and implementation of the Safety Governance strategy and framework across EGA sites, ensuring alignment with ESG & Sustainability goals.
•Direct the safety function to achieve functional objectives, develop performance metrics, and drive talent development within the team.
•Oversee budgeting and financial performance related to safety initiatives, ensuring cost-effective safety programs.
•Create and enforce company-wide safety policies, processes, and procedures, with regular audits and updates across international operations.
•Provide guidance on safety governance, maintain compliance with legislation and international standards, and oversee site safety operations and incident investigations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in safety management or HSSE
•Professional certification/Diploma in Safety Management
•Lead Auditor
•12 years of safety experience in an industrial environment, including at least 4 years in a safety management level
•Strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
