Job Summary

Own and grow client relationships for a targeted innovation banking client group, coordinating value-added financial solutions across traditional and customized products. Develop business development strategy to generate new business and drive revenue growth through loans, deposits, fee income, and cross-selling. Lead and direct credit staff, oversee credit review/underwriting and proposal quality, and work with Capital Markets teams to provide appropriate securities and services for clients.

•Grow and retain relationships with targeted client groups by delivering value-added financial solutions to existing and prospective clients.
•Develop business development strategy to generate new business and develop profitable new credit and non-credit business within an assigned territory.
•Provide leadership and direction to credit staff and foster communication between customers and internal staff through application through closing.
•Review and underwrite credit requests, ensuring appropriateness and satisfaction level of services and that loan risks are acceptable.
•Drive revenue growth by generating loans, deposits, fee income, and cross-selling applicable bank services; support Capital Markets by assessing suitability of securities products and services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required (graduate degree preferred).
•8–10+ years of experience in banking, venture capital investing, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
•Minimum 3 years of experience at the Director level.
•Strong corporate finance and credit skills, with a proven track record originating and closing complex financial transactions.
•Proven ability to pitch, win, and execute corporate finance ideas, along with leadership experience and excellent presentation skills.
