•Manage pipeline and KPIs, diagnosing gaps and risks while guiding AEs on high-quality opportunity creation and progression.
•Hire, onboard, and develop AEs, run weekly pipeline/forecast/deal reviews, and build a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture.
