Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support on hydraulic modelling studies for regulated water industry clients using InfoWorks ICM/CS and other modelling software.
  • •Interrogate, enhance, and build network models to assess and understand asset performance.
  • •Provide technical input on urban drainage projects and support wastewater team delivery of current and future projects.
  • •Support feasibility studies and optioneering and use network models to evaluate and optimise asset performance.
  • •Prepare reports and supporting drawings, define work for field investigation teams, and coordinate client and internal project meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, environmental science, geography).
  • •Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE/CIWEM) or working towards chartership.
  • •Sound knowledge and experience in urban drainage modelling, including checking technical outputs of others.
  • •Extensive hydraulic modelling experience using industry-standard software, specifically InfoWorks ICM (or similar).
  • •Familiarity with industry-standard geographical information systems (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo).
