Drive TikTok Shop’s French growth by sourcing and pitching high-potential sellers, leading end-to-end onboarding, and acting as the daily point of contact to improve performance and scale GMV. •Identify and reach out to high-potential French brands/sellers via multi-channels (LinkedIn, Email, Events) and conduct initial pitches.

•Serve as daily point of contact for onboarded sellers; analyze performance data and recommend optimization strategies to grow GMV.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Governance, Marketing) to resolve seller pain points and ensure operational excellence.
•Monitor French e-commerce trends and competitor moves to refine the local pitch and market approach.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master degree at university.
•Strong interest in the e-commerce industry with curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
•Passion for social commerce, including familiarity with TikTok short video and live broadcast ecosystems.
•Fluent in both English and French to collaborate with internal and external clients.
•Available for a 6-month full-time internship.
