Job Summary

Lead the electrical and automation engineering office for the Neuf-Brisach production site, reporting to the Head of New Projects. Manage a team of six project technicians and technical-assistance providers, and oversee the electrical/automation scope of site investments. Drive projects end-to-end—from need definition and pre-study to execution direction, construction coordination, ESS directives, and work reception—while capitalizing data in the quality system.

Key Responsibilities

•Guarantee the electrical and automation scope across all projects handled by the New Projects service.
•Manage project studies from early-stage to execution studies, including tender preparation and contracting for work.
•Direct execution: implement ESS directives, coordinate construction sites, and receive completed works.
•Collaborate closely with project owners, suppliers, and internal teams (Production, HR, ESS, industrialization, purchasing, maintenance, civil engineering).
•Encadre and develop the team: plan workload, set priorities, and support collaborators; ensure data capitalization in the quality system.
