Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced multi-craft diagnostics to isolate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, sensor, motion, and PLC-controlled faults while following safeguards.
  • •Execute complex PMs, alignments, calibrations, condition checks, and rebuilds; record findings, measurements, parts, and follow-up in CMMS.
  • •Lead RCA using field evidence and 5-Why, implement approved countermeasures, and verify recurrence prevention.
  • •Support technical coaching for troubleshooting, AM Level 3, safe work, and defect recognition.
  • •Maintain safety, quality-at-source/traceability, stable flow/takt achievement, and participate in continuous improvement activities (tier meetings, 5S, Kaizen, QRQC, closed-loop corrective action).

Key Requirements
