Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide profitable sales and help meet store financial plans through business decisions and leadership of the store team.
  • •Manage operational results including store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control; contribute to P&L expense control.
  • •Recruit, hire, and make pay and termination decisions for store personnel and manage employee relations/performance management.
  • •Ensure loss prevention by educating associates, monitoring daily activity, and partnering with Loss Prevention and Merchandising.
  • •Lead training and development for new hires and associates, create succession plans, and ensure training on culture, product knowledge, and selling practices.
