Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver large, complex cost management client engagements and projects on behalf of the division.
  • •Delegate tasks and streamline day-to-day activities to complete projects and meet objectives.
  • •Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues.
  • •Support the commercial success and stability of the cost management division and assist the Division Director with projects and duties.
  • •Lead and implement business development within the cost management sector and support development of division procedures to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Contracts field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of working experience.
  • •5 years of strong management experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
  • •MRICS or equivalent.
  • •Expertise in strategic planning and execution for cost management delivery.
