Key Responsibilities

•Establish the Demand Center insights operating model, including how evidence is collected, interpreted, shared, and translated into action.
•Define recurring business questions for accelerating demand, stalling engagement, funnel leakage, audience performance, and investment priorities.
•Analyze performance across campaigns, journeys, channels, regions, segments, and funnel stages to identify root causes and intervention opportunities.
•Synthesize cross-functional evidence (campaigns, engagement, activation, customer adoption, Sales/xDR feedback, market developments, account intelligence) into actionable insight.
•Create executive-ready narratives, influence strategy and prioritization, and drive a structured performance learning agenda with measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing analytics, revenue analytics, growth strategy, marketing operations, or business strategy.
•Turn complex quantitative and qualitative data into business insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable action.
•Strong understanding of the B2B revenue funnel (audience engagement, qualification, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, conversion, and revenue contribution).
•Analyze performance across campaigns, audiences, journeys, programs, channels, regions, or segments and diagnose root causes behind changes.
•Work with imperfect, fragmented, or incomplete data and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
