Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction and leadership for NAND-related debug in SSD systems through triage, debugging, and root-cause analysis of NAND-Firmware Interaction (NFI) issues.
  • •Interface between NAND design and product teams to support enterprise SSD development.
  • •Represent the SSD product development team and product quality to identify, detect, and reduce risks during product development and for field risks.
  • •Conduct detailed debugging and failure analysis across firmware, hardware, and system interactions using lab equipment and software instrumentation.
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in embedded firmware/software development or NAND technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with NAND flash, non-volatile memory technologies, or memory controllers.
  • •Experience with firmware verification/validation, debugging, and failure analysis in lab and system environments.
  • •Experience leading highly-visible cross-functional taskforces with deliverables.
