Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to prepare materials for compensation committee meetings, including executive compensation analysis and benchmarking.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, leadership recruiters, and the executive team on executive compensation matters.
  • •Analyze market data to ensure compensation programs align with market conditions and support the company’s people strategy.
  • •Support the analysis and management of company-wide long-term incentive programs, including budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution.
  • •Ensure compensation programs are communicated clearly and understood across leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6+ years of experience developing and managing executive compensation programs and processes for public and private companies, ideally in a high-growth, scaling technology environment.
  • •Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data.
  • •Strong understanding of HR Information Systems, with specific experience using Workday preferred.
  • •Proven analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
  • •Experience communicating insights effectively across teams, translating quantitative findings to non-quantitative audiences, with strong influencing and discretionary judgment.
