Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning and take ownership of forecasting to align with business and operational growth.
  • •Own and improve data pipelines to ensure reliable and accurate data flow.
  • •Develop predictive models and perform cause-and-effect analysis to identify key drivers and optimize processes.
  • •Analyze operational health for the KYC/FinCrime function, including cost analysis and impacts of operational metrics on customer experiences.
  • •Lead operations KPI tree and target-setting framework integration into reporting pipelines, collaborating to standardize forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations.

Salary: EUR 4,500 - 6,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Background in statistics, maths, physics, engineering, economics, or another scientific field with first-principles thinking for complex problems.
  • •4+ years of experience in analytics with a strategic mindset and proven ability to improve operations.
  • •Hands-on operational team analytics experience, including capacity planning, forecasting, efficiency analysis, quality assurance, predictive analytics, and experimentation.
  • •Advanced experience with SQL and complex data models (warehouse is Snowflake), plus analysis using SQL/Python/R.
  • •Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, and Tableau; able to tell a story with data.
