Lead strategy and build teams for Learning & Development and Quality at Stripe Delivery Center. Own global L&D programs, standardize training across onboarding and professional growth, and establish quality audit frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality training for all lines of business for SDC globally; manage onboarding and curricula, audit training processes, conduct gap analyses, and measure impact of learning interventions.
•Build training frameworks, collaborate with Ops leaders for execution strategy, influence content strategy, and measure training effectiveness.
•Coordinate a growing team of on-site and remote facilitators, SMEs, coaches, and QAs.
•Define long-term strategy and short-term tactics for high-impact training initiatives with Stripe learning teams.
•Develop and manage a robust professional development framework for SDC to improve growth within Stripe and reduce churn.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience setting up and leading Quality teams or Training teams or both in a high-growth technology company.
•Proven success building processes and training systems that deliver consistent, high-quality results with a human-centric approach to education and culture building.
•Experience building a strong Quality assurance organization, measuring ops delivery quality and improving it.
•Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while building processes and programs at scale.
•Strong operational background with a track record of data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
