Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan NPI and production lot starts and coordinate workflow through the RF filter manufacturing facility.
  • •Create routes and recipes in the MES system and manage FE D365 inputs, including SPC data collection within MES.
  • •Manage SPC and SL wafers, wafer inventory in MES, and shipping of wafers to OSATs; coordinate shipping requirements with program managers.
  • •Track high-priority lots to reduce cycle time, review lot holds, and work with management to release holds.
  • •Maintain SOPs, train production personnel on MES and SOPs, support new product introductions, and participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field (computer science, information science, business, project/operations management, supply chain/logistics, or engineering) plus 4+ years experience in material/production planning, production scheduling, technical writing, operations, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • •OR 7+ years experience in one or more of: material/production planning, production scheduling, technical writing, operations, supply chain management, or engineering in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience working as a production planner in the manufacturing industry (STEM associate/bachelor’s and 4+ years preferred).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and JMP statistical software.
  • •Solid understanding of SPC, DOE, and 8D problem solving, including experience handling silicon wafers and high-volume manufacturing changeovers.
