Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker Springdale

Deliver industry-leading client service in person and by phone, building and expanding relationships while meeting individual and branch sales targets. Provide consultative financial solutions for deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines, supporting the sales process through referrals to internal specialists. Be cross-trained to handle required teller duties, including client greetings and transactions, and advise on consumer lending while taking loan applications, while following controls, risk management, and compliance policies.
