Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify business entities in the customer domain by confirming legal/DBA names and address details against enterprise definitions.
  • •Oversee automated data-matching workflows and manually validate records when matching confidence falls below thresholds.
  • •Monitor master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability, initiating corrective actions when issues arise.
  • •Establish and maintain customer master data standards, definitions, business rules, and data integrity/compliance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and data governance teams; document decisions for traceability and support continuous improvement of MDM tools and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6–8+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, master data management, or similar data-focused roles.
  • •Relevant background/degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline.
  • •Familiarity with data governance policies, data lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements impacting customer data.
  • •Ability to validate customer entities and ensure accurate, compliant master data outcomes.
