Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic account planning including relationship mapping, and annual/quarterly growth plans and opportunity roadmaps for anchor municipal water utilities.
  • •Own capture from pre-positioning through negotiation by shaping win themes, scope, pursuit teams, solutioning, and proposal compliance and alignment.
  • •Drive portfolio growth by building pipeline, forecasting and prioritizing pursuits, improving hit rates, and coordinating go/no-go rigor with leadership.
  • •Partner with technical leaders to deliver excellence across planning, design, and program delivery for conveyance and treatment in dense urban systems.
  • •Champion client satisfaction through governance rhythms, closing feedback loops, resolving issues, and maintaining CRM discipline and timely reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience in municipal water/wastewater consulting with proven success leading major urban utility accounts.
  • •Demonstrated wins on multi-year IDIQ/task-order, on-call, or capital program pursuits.
  • •Strong technical grounding in conveyance and treatment planning/design for urban systems.
  • •Deep understanding of Massachusetts/New England public procurement and regulatory context plus a track record of client-facing leadership and multidisciplinary team orchestration.
