Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diving into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues
•Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs fluently in Portuguese
•Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools (e.g., PubGuru and Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts to ensure zero downtime and optimal revenue
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to client websites and mobile apps
•Collaborate with global Business Development and Account Management to evaluate a customer’s setup and recommend configurations that unlock higher ad revenue

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication for internal collaboration
•Strong front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and understanding of HTTP/network protocols
•Proficiency with Chrome DevTools for debugging and performance analysis
