Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to prepare drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans, steam and froth milk to the right texture and temperature, and create latte art.
  • •Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations and answers about menu items and coffee blends.
  • •Process cash and card payments through cash registers or POS systems with accuracy and professionalism.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, restock ingredients and supplies, and collaborate with team members to keep service running smoothly.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods, including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • •Ability to produce consistent beverages using accurate measurements and proper extraction times.
  • •Experience taking customer orders, providing recommendations, and processing payments accurately using POS/cash registers.
  • •Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; High School Diploma and a Diploma in Food and Beverage related course.
