Job Summary

Lead material program planning and execution in a matrix environment, including development of Material Program Plans and Subcontract Management Plans. Own risk and opportunity planning, monitor performance metrics, and support financial reviews using Earned Value Management (EAC). Build aligned schedules through Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in partnership with Engineering, Quality, and Operations, and oversee subcontractor execution for gate reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools.
•Develop and execute risk and opportunity plans, proactively managing mitigation plans to meet program commitments.
•Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
•Create and maintain a common schedule with Engineering, Quality, and Operations based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
•Monitor performance metrics, oversee subcontractor execution performance, and provide supply chain support for gate reviews.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience.
•Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management.
•Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, such as MRP systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, PRISM).
•Experience applying Earned Value Management principles and integrating project cost, schedule, risk, and progress.
•Prior experience in the defense industry, particularly in supply chain functions.
