Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with cross-functional teams to meet signal integrity needs for current and next-gen server platform in the HVM solution space.
  • •Perform electromagnetic modeling of 3-D structures including vias, connectors, and sockets.
  • •Verify and correlate post-silicon measurements against spec, coordinating fixes when needed for next silicon derivations.
  • •Create and verify channel optimization models for board and package, simulate overall performance, and document reports and BKM.
  • •Conduct system-level signal integrity simulations for future DDR5 memory buses and high-speed SERDES links (e.g., USB-4, PCIe5, xGMI/CXL).

Salary: MYR 42,700 - 61,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines.
  • •Transmission line theory and microwave engineering concepts such as S-parameters.
  • •Expertise in analog simulation with Seasim, S2eye, Hspice, ADS, ANSYS (or other toolsets).
  • •Expertise in 3-D modeling with ANSYS HFSS/Q3D and 2.5-D with ANSYS SIWAVE.
