Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage vendor relationships by ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and disputes and processing payments accurately.
  • •Maintain internal controls and compliance for the AP function to safeguard assets and meet applicable regulations and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
  • •ERP experience specifically in the Accounts Payable module, including configuration and best practices.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (certification a plus).
